Lovisa has a broad strategy- and marketing experience from working at various strategy/marketing/communications/PR agencies and companies across industries, spanning from Google to Electrolux; a global appliance manufacturer with almost 50K employees and present in millions of homes with its products around the world. At Electrolux, Lovisa has been leading the work to develop the company’s sustainability framework as well as the purpose – two foundational pieces for the company that is now implemented across the entire organization, spanning from innovation and marketing to HR and culture. She recently joined as CMO at FRISQ; a Swedish company working to improve the health care sector. She is a true visionary with a strong belief that value-driven businesses are the ones that will outperform the rest and that what you do is more important than what you say. “Be the change you want to see” is her motto, both professionally and in private.
