I grew up on the mean streets of South-east London, got my head down at the right time and ended up with a Politics & Economics degree from the University of London. I then jetted off to West Africa for the first time and found myself building my dream career at WPP in Marketing & Advertising.
Twenty years later having worked on the client side for brands including Barclays, Eurostar, Nestle & Unilever in Senior leadership roles & a Master’s degree, I realised however good the external branding was, real change only happens when you cultivate cultures that allow employees to thrive.
As a result, following years of research / science we created Brands with Values, whose flagship product Culture Decoderâ„¢, specialises in helping CEOs, Chief Marketing Officers, Chief People Officers, Chief Human Resources Officers, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officers understand & track the fundamentals of their culture so they can drive real change.
 Clients include: The FA, BNP Paribus, World Bank, Network Rail, Smith & Williamson, Tilney Investments, Clarion Housing, WPP, Dentsu Ageis & Encore Capital Group.
